  To include all flour and sugar confectionery and bread and cake mixes etc.
• Best Organic Grocery
  To include condiments, cereals etc.
• Best Organic Dairy Product
  To include yogurt, cheese and eggs etc.
• Best Organic Prepared Food Product
  To include sauces, ready meals, cooked meats, smoked fish etc.
• Best Organic Fruit and Vegetable
• Best Fresh Meat Product
  To include all raw beef, lamb, chicken and pork products.
• Best Organic Fresh Seafood Product
  To include all fresh seafood.
• Best Organic Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverage

Best Overall Organic Product
Each of the eight winners will then be put forward for judging for the overall award.

Judging Panel
An independent judging panel representing retailers, chefs and key people in the organic sector will adjudicate.
The judges decision will be final.
