Gillian chats about the difference in scale between her nursery and those of other delegates to the IGCC2014, how the plant diversity varies between Australia and Ireland. It's interesting to hear that she has a style of garden centre that most Irish people would be familiar with and how they pride themselves in having a connection with their customers. She describes it as "slow gardening", we love that term!
