Fungi Workshop with Jonathan Spazzi

Blackstairs Ecotrails is holding a Fungi Workshop with Jonathan Spazzi on September 15th. This one-day course will give a general overview of fungi, the classification and characteristics of the different types found in our woods. There will be a slide show, field trip, identification of species and cooking up of edible species. Cost for the day is €45 which includes refreshments at start of day, an organic lunch and tea and coffee at the end of the workshop.

Jonathan is a renowned fungi expert and we are delighted to have him back with us again this year.
