Research released on the opening day of Biofach by FiBL showed that Ireland was the second fastest growing purchases of organic food globally.

Irish consumers spent €31 per capita on organic food in 2015, which is up 23% on the previous year. This is encouraging news for the growing organic sector in Ireland.
