Food for Thought - New and Emerging Technologies Showcase

The event aims to raise your awareness of a range of new and emerging technologies within the food industry. Key note presentations in the areas of packaging, food processing and preservation will provide you with an insight to these new and emerging technologies that could be applied to your products and processes.
There will also be an opportunity to see some of the technologies available at Loughry, on a tour of the Food Technology Centre at the end of the event. This event is free to attend and is aimed at those in the food industry who wish to develop their products, processes and packaging in this ever changing climate. It would be particularly suitable for new product development, packaging and food technologists within your organisation.
