Stand Highlight
FitzGerald Nurseries Ltd supply young plants and promotional plant programmes to nurseries worldwide. This year we are exhibiting at GLAS for the first time.
Our range on display includes many Irish bred plants which we sell internationally and at home. This year we will exhibit many of these Irish bred plants at GLAS. The full range of our Irish bred EverColor sedges will be on display. We will also be exhibiting our dark foliage Irish bred Kennedy Irish Primroses and wider Irish Primrose range and many other novel Irish grown plants.

A range of Irish perennial primroses combining dark foliage Kennedy Irish and attractive old style Primroses popular in Irish gardens during 19th century. The range recently achieved International acclaim. Combining fantastic disease resistance, extreme cold hardiness and long lasting flowers Irish Primrose is real Irish garden treasure.
We deliver young plants as plugs linera and stage 3 tissue culture worldwide. FitzGerald Nurseries has developed a unique range of plants suitable for all year round colour in small garden spaces, planters and containers. The company has grown from a traditional family farm into Irelands leading young plant nursery based at two locations in Kilkenny and a micropropagation laboratory in Co Wexford. We supply young plants to plant growers all over the world in 18 different countries.
We also carry out contract micro-propagation production and new variety development. We have a number of our own bred varieties sold as micropropagated plants, plugs and liners. In addition to production facilities we have our own private trials grounds and carry out both production and garden trials on-site.
