Concessions are now available to all Irish Landscape Institute members for the Green Infrastructure Design seminar, taking place on June 11th.
Reduced fee: £50 / 60€
Standard fee: £100 / 120€
The reduced fee is available to: Members of ILI/UCD/IPI/RTPI/RIAI/AAI, Local Authorities, NGOs, Students, Low and no waged. Led by urban GI experts Gary Grant and Dusty Gedge, this practical and inspiring workshop explores how we can work with nature, to adapt our towns and cities to climate change. The workshop covers the policy and strategy, planning, design and implementation of good Green Infrastructure (green roofs and walls, rain gardens, street trees and SUDS, GI Auditing and planning), with reference to case studies from the leaders Gary Grant (ecologist, masterplanner, author and GI designer) and Dusty Gedge (urban ecologist, designer and policy instigator, President of the European Green Roof Associations, Director of Livingroofs.org and the Green Roof Consultancy).
