Irish Cheese Awards at Bloom 2014

The Irish Cheese Awards along with their new awards partner, the Traditional Cheese Company will return to Bloom this year. Located within the Food Village, the CAIS stand will host the competition judging and include a display area for the cheese award entries.
Judging will take place at the show on Thursday May 29th with a presentation of 17 awards on Friday afternoon at 2pm. As with last year, the Sheila Broderick Memorial National Farmhouse Cheese Competition will be part of the Irish Cheese Awards and presented as Supreme Champion.
