Abstract: The project comprises : demolition and removal of existing hard landscaping; installation of new surface water drainage and associated manholes, channels and gullies; installation of external lighting and alterations to existing external lighting; installation of hard and soft landscaping comprising resin bound gravel, buff coloured macadam, compacted gravel, in situ concrete curved and straight banding and seating, reinforced grass, grass, trees, shrubs, hedging, external fixtures. The works will require scheduling to ensure continuous and safe access to all adjoining buildings. The project will be carried out within a live third level educational campus environment.
