Title: Research into the Solid Fuel Market in the Republic of Ireland
Abstract: In order to assist Local Authorities in enforcement of the Regulations, an in-depth knowledge of the residential solid fuel market characteristics within Ireland is required with special emphasis on the market for coal and smokeless fuels. Consequently, the EPA is seeking a suitably competent organisation to carry out market research on the solid fuels market within Ireland with a view to facilitating the enforcement of the Solid Fuels Regulations in general and the sulphur limit in coal specifically.
