The Sodshow meets Paul Smyth @paultsmyth a horticulture student at Waterford IT and YoungHort Ambassador (pictured in the middle above). We met Paul in University College Cork along with some of his colleagues just after James Wong gave his talk there. Interesting is an understatement as to why we hung around for a chat with Paul.
